Welcome to Year 4’s Class page!
Our teachers this year are are Miss Frost (Class 4F) and Mr Kildear (Class 4K) This year, we are also privileged to have the support of Mrs Mavers & Mrs Bailey who will work across the year group, supporting all children.
Below is some important information regarding the new school year. Please keep checking back for updates on learning.
PE days – Our PE days this year will be Monday and Friday. Please ensure children come into school in full PE kit on these days.
Homework in Year 4 is as follows : Reading books will be sent home each day and changed when necessary. Please try to read with your child at home up to 5 nights a week. Spellings will be set on spelling shed each Friday. Multiplication tables practise will take place on TT Rockstars. Spelling tests and Multiplication tests will take place each Friday. All children in Year 4 will undertake the Multiplication tables check (MTC) in June, we encourage practise tests to take place at home as often as possible. Alongside TT Rockstars, you can practise these tests at the website timestables.co.uk.
