Our Christian Values

At the heart of our school are our Christian Values: Perseverance, Hope, Compassion, Love, Joy and Thankfulness. These values are woven into all aspects of school life and help to shape the way we learn, grow and live together as a community.
Rooted in Christian teaching, our values encourage every child to develop not only academically, but also personally, socially and spiritually. We want our children to persevere when things are difficult, look to the future with hope, show compassion towards others and treat everyone with love and respect. We encourage them to find joy in learning and in the world around them, and to show thankfulness for the people, opportunities and experiences that enrich their lives.
Our Christian Values provide a shared foundation for children, staff, families and the wider community. Through collective worship, classroom learning and our everyday interactions, we explore what these values mean and, most importantly, how we can put them into action. In doing so, we aim to nurture confident, caring and thoughtful children who are ready to make a positive difference in their school, their community and the wider world.
