Questions, Concerns and Complaints
At Childwall Church of England Primary School, we believe that strong, respectful relationships between school and families help children to feel happy, safe and successful.
We have an open-door policy and encourage parents and carers to speak to us if they have a question, concern or complaint—however small or significant it may seem. Senior members of staff are available at the school gates each day and are always happy to listen.
If you need help, please contact the school office. Our office team will direct you to the most appropriate member of staff, who will work with you to understand and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Many concerns can be resolved through an early conversation. If you wish to make a formal complaint, please visit our policies page to read the school’s Complaints Policy.
