The Mental Health of everybody in our school community is a high priority for us at Childwall CE and our staff team are committed to the embedding of our Whole School Approach.

All children are encouraged to talk about their feelings using our established systems and learn, from a young age, to be proactive and take responsibility for how they are feeling. It is this commitment to children’s emotional growth and understanding of their own identity that underpins our Mental Health strategy, which is under constant review.

We aim for children to feel calm and ready to take on any challenges they may face in their futures; by developing resilience and understanding themselves and how to seek support when needed.
